How can I send my cards?
To be able to send your cards, you need to follow the next instructions:
- Choose the card that you like the most by entering in the category that you are looking for.
- You should personalize your card by completing your information and destination info.
- Write the message you wish to send.
- Click in the option "preview saw" to see how does your card looks finished.
- Click in "send" option.
How do I know that my card has being received?
To know if your card has being received, you can choose the option "notify me when the card is saw" before send it. Every time you send a card to your friends, you will also receive a notification mail when they look at it. You can also send a copy of the card to your personal e-mail account.
Why can not I see the card that has being sent to me?
To be able to see the cards that your friends sent to you, you must count with the plug-in of the most recent flash version, you can download it by clicking in the following link: download flash. You will see the same option at the time to choose the card at BubbaCards.com
Why have not arrived the card that I sent?
There are two possible reasons why your card may not arrived:
- That the person you sent the card to, has enabled some spam filter in the e-mail account.
- That the mailbox is full without capacity to receive any other e-mails.
How can I do to vote for the card that I liked the most?
To be able to vote the card that you liked the most, you can do it by clicking in the option "vote" in the Main Page. There you will find the option to vote the cards, by assigning to each one of them a score. If you wish to know the 10 most voted cards, you just need to go to the option "Top 10" in the Main Page.
How can I do to come back to see the card without need to look for it again?
All the cards have the option "Repeat", so you can return to see your card without the need to return to the search.
Do I count with some Friends Birthday Reminder Option?
Yes, you just need to go to "Birthday Reminder" in the Main Page. There you will be able to register all the birthdays you wish. You also count with a calendar that reminds you specific dates.
How can I send mi card to the entire contact list I have in my e-mail account?
You should enter the user name and password you usually use for your e-mail box and press the "Import Contacts" option, below the card you have sent.
